The lead singer of Watermelon Slim and the Workers, was hit by a car before the streets were closed for the Walkaround on Friday. He decided the show must go on and performed at the Beta Theta Pi concert.

The house dec of Sigma Nu and Pi Beta Phi won first place in the house decoration contest for Homecoming. The theme corresponding with “Forever Orange” depicts the traditions and history of OSU, from the actor John Wayne, to the tradition of tossing the Sirloin Stockade cow into Theta pond.

The house dec of Delta Tau Delta and Zeta Tau Alpha went on display during the walkaround Friday night. The theme of the house dec was "Forever Orange" depicting the changing times and history of the OSU campus.

Tyler Dodson, 6, gets some candy from Brent Morris, a sophomore from the Phi Gamma Delta house. Morris, dressed as a clown, visited with children who attended the harvest carnival.

Spencer Sutton, Eddie Sutton’s grandson, dominates at the “Pete’s Backyard Toss” run by the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity and the Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority. The night was put on by the OSU Homecoming committee and involved a variety of groups from the Future Business Leaders club to the Residential Hall governments.
